How to choose more suitable disposable hotel slippers?
Many hotel procurement departments tend to overlook disposable guest room slippers, which directly affects guests’ reviews of their stay.
Choose soft and comfortable fabrics
There are several main types of fabrics for disposable hotel slippers on the market.
Brushed fabric: A material commonly used in mid-range hotels and homestays. It feels soft and does not easily shed loose fibers. Most boutique business hotels choose this cost-effective fabric.
Terry cloth, fine-spun, ultra-soft, and cut-velour fabrics have a thick and soft texture, providing a good feel underfoot. They are mostly used in star-rated hotels, hot springs, and spas, though the cost is higher. You need to choose the appropriate fabric based on your budget.
Choose non-slip soles. For mid-to-high-end hotels, 5-8mm soles are recommended. Prioritize EVA soles with patterns for better grip, as they are less likely to slip when wet in the bathroom.
